Bring the whole family to the Port of Tacoma’s annual FREE Touch-A-Truck event! Meet the people who make your Port work for you!

Snap a photo in front of a 42-foot-tall straddle carrier, enjoy free snacks, see a train engine up close, walk through the Port’s Centennial shipping container, which is full of interesting history and displays, and view many other key maintenance and security vehicles.

Save the date! The 2026 Touch-A-Truck event will be held Saturday, October 3. Join our email list to be notified when free registration opens.
